Best shortcrust pastry.

Makes one regular tin
Ingredients:
125 grams / 1 cup butter
125 grams / 1 cup lard
500 grams / 4 cups all purpose flour
6 tbsp cold water
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180'c. rub the flour butter and lard together with the tips of your fingers until it looks like bread crumbs.
2. Mix in your water one tbsp at a time until it forms a dough.
3. Chill for 20 minutes.
4. Once chilled put in your pie tin of whatever shape you want.
5. Bake for 10 minutes and then take out your oven add your filling design on the top if you want too and done.
