Chocolate chip cookies for Santa

Ingredients
120g butter, softened
75g light brown sugar
75g golden caster sugar
1 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
180g plain flour
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
Method
Line two baking trays with baking parchment.
Mix the sugars and the butter together.
Then add the egg and the vanilla extract.
Then add the flour baking powder and 3/4 of the chocolate.
Roll into a small ball and squash down slightly.
Press in the remaining chocolate chips on the top about 2 per cookie.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes of until golden brown.
