Double chocolate chip cookies

Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 100g of chopped milk cooking chocolate
- 50g of cocoa powder
- 50g of plain flour
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cream the margarine and sugar together.
Add in the egg and the vanilla extract.
Roughly chop your chocolate and mix it into the mix.
Sieve your cocoa and plain flour into the bowl and mix.
Now you should have a sticky dough that you can form into bowls, place on your baking tray, and push down slightly. Don’t forget to leave space for the spreading whilst baking.
Bake for 15 minutes or until it is slightly crispy on the edges.
Leave it to cool on the tray before putting it on the rack to cool.
