Duck Stir-fry

Ingredients
1/4 of red pepper a green pepper and a yellow pepper
1 small tin of bamboo shoots canned
1/4 of red onion
2 duck breasts with skin
2 sheets of egg noodles
4 spring onion shoots
1 clove of garlic
15 sugar snap peas
1 tsp of Chinese five-spice
1 tsp of salt and pepper
1 tbsp of soy sauce
4 tsp of Mirin
Method

Finely chop the onion and garlic and put it into a small frying pan with a bit of oil on medium heat.
Take the duck breasts and rub the salt pepper and Chinese five-spice onto the skin to make it crispy.
Take the duck breast and put it skin side down for 2 minutes or until crispy then flip it to the other side lower the heat and cook it for 8 minutes or until cooked remove from pan and place aside to rest.
Cook the egg noodles with their packaging instructions.
Then fry the peppers, sugar snap peas and bamboo shoots in the pan used for the duck fry them for 1 minute on medium heat then add the noodles soy sauce and Mirin.
And lastly, add the duck after being cut into small cubes.
Chop up the spring onions and garnish the top of the bowl with them.
