Ingredients

• 12 tbsp of all purpose flour

• 2 tbsp of granulated sugar

• One small egg

• 8 tbsp of milk

Method

• Combined all the ingredients together and whisk

• Get a pan and turn on the gas to about half way between high and low add in oil when the oil is hot pour in a ladle full of batter then swirl it till it covers the whole bottom of the pan. Repeat until you have used all of the batter add toppings of your choice and enjoy.
