How to Make a Delicious Pesto Tomato and Mozzarella Puff Pastry Pizza

Ingredients:
One sheet of puff pastry
4 Tbsp of green pesto
One mozzarella ball
8 cherry tomatoes
Method:
Lay out your sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with grease-proof paper.
Fold all the sides of the puff pastry sheet about a centimetre on each side.
Spread the pesto evenly on the none folded part of the puff pastry.
Slice up the cherry tomatoes and place the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on the puff pastry sheet.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20mintues or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
