Salmon stir fry.

Severs 4
Ingredients
4 Salmon fillets
4 sheets of noodles
1 teaspoons of finely chopped ginger
1 tbsp Harissa powder
8 spring onions chopped
1 Red chilli finely chopped
5 tablespoons of soya sauce chopped
1 Clove of garlic finely chopped
1/2 An onion finely chopped
3 sweet Peppers one yellow one red and one green, sliced
Method
Pour soya sauce and harissa sauce over it leave it for around hour.
Cook the noodles following the packaging but no flavouring.
Fry up the onions garlic and peppers with soya sauce.
Fry the salmon for 2 minutes on each side of until brown and crispy.
Once the salmon is done chop into small bite sized pieces and pour into the pan with the peppers and onions.
And the noodles to the pan and put the stove on a low heat.
Sprinkle some soya sauce onto the mixture and cook for a few minutes.
Garnish with the spring onions.
