Spicy meat rub

serves 3

Ingredients

• 1 small lemon

• Half a lime

• 1 tbsp. mild siracha rub

• 2 pinches salt

• 1/2 tsp pepper

Method

1. Squeeze the lemon and lime.

2. Put into a bowl and add the siracha rub, salt and the pepper.

3. Rub all over the meat and leave for about 30 minutes or more to let the meat marinade.
